>> first time attendees >> please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to class time to allow for enough check in time. all others, please be on time for classes!
> > adults only >> you must be 18+ to join (WE DO NOT OFFER KID’S CLASSES)
>> class lengths are approximate >> and may run longer based on instructor. if you must leave before class is over, let us know
>> boxing is an intense workout >> go at your own pace and listen to your body. if you are feeling ill, hurt or just not right, please stop and inform instructor
>> holiday schedule >> closed major holidays: new years day, easter, memorial day, independence day, labor day, thanksgiving weekend and christmas eve and christmas (we will be closed from Monday, July 1 thru Sunday, July 8 this year for summer holiday)
>> due to space restrictions >> no open workout during class times. please check with instructor for open workout availability
