- from the south (portland) Interstate 5 to exit 305b – US 30 bypass/lombard; west on lombard; take a right at the second light onto denver; first blinking light turn left onto kilpatrick; gym is on corner of denver and kilpatrick

- yellow line to expo center – get off at the kenton/denver stop (you will see the paul bunyan statue); cross interstate and walk 3 blocks south to denver and kilpatrick; turn right; gym is on corner of denver and kilpatrick

- #6 (to/from vancouver) - get off at denver and kilpatrick
