    NEW STUDENTS: Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of your first class given that instructors need time to show you the basics and this takes some time before class.

    All other students, please plan to arrive at class 10 minutes prior to start time to wrap your hands and stretch

    By appointment only. $25 one person, one hour; $40 two people, one hour; $50 three people, one hour. Cash (payable to instructor).)
