Training Guidelines:

  • Level 1   Novice - no experience - start here. Class:  Intro to Boxing
  • Level 2  Beginner (+) - have taken our Intro to Boxing or have some training at another boxing gym, still building skills, confidence and endurance. Classes: Intro to Boxing and/or Rookie Boxing with goal as Boxing Workout
  • Level 3  Intermediate - goal for most students - skills and endurance are good, continuing to learn and excel, getting better with defense. Classes: Rookie Boxing and/or Boxing Workout, with goal as Super Boxing
  • Level 4  Advanced - regularly attend Boxing Workout, Super Boxing and/or Sparring, and comfortable with all skills including defense and helpful with other students

WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE - NOVEMBER 2017

  • ​​Intro to Boxing & Rookie Boxing Require Pre-booking
  • All other classes are Drop In with paid dues or one time class fee
  • ALL students new to the gym, regardless of experience,  MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE  ​(click here)
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure a spot in class and be ready to participate
  • Class capacity is 25 students (intro to boxing and non-boxing class limit is 12)
  • Late arrivals discouraged and will not be admitted if class is full
  • Note: Trainers have set schedules but some class times feature alternating days or leads and are subject to change

  • Classes are for adults 18+ (see details page for info on teen boxing)
