Boxing Classes in Portland
NEW BOXERS: Pick your first class only after completing the new boxer registration form!
Training Guidelines for class choice below:
- Novice new to boxing, no training ever: Boxing Basics + Boxing Skills (same day)
- Beginner (+) just took 1st basics + skills, some training but still new to boxing: Boxing Basics + Skills or Boxing Skills (if unsure, register for Basics + Skills)
- Intermediate (+) experience elsewhere, know punches, mitts, footwork etc: Boxing Skills or Boxing Workout (if unsure, register for Skills)
- All Levels welcome for Strength & Stretch & Conditioning - no registration needed, class max is 10 and gear setup is required; arrive 10-15 early to reserve your space
- Boxing Workout - no class registration needed for current paying members (monthly or advance drop-in fee); arrive early to reserve your spot - capacity is 25 students
- optional but helpful: ready to take your first Boxing Workout? choose Returning - ready for Boxing Workout! then fill out the class time in "intermediate" section
