Sweet Science Boxing provides a training path to get you to the next level,

no matter your fitness goals, with 20 classes per week

We do our best to accommodate all schedules, but realize that the Beginner training times may not be convenient for everyone.

For Novice/Beginner boxers  (new to the sport, brief boxing training here or elsewhere)

  • Start in BEGINNER BOXING  (required for first-timers with little to no experience; book in advance) 

For Intermediate/Advanced boxers (recent boxing training, here or elsewhere)

  •  Start in BOXING WORKOUT -OR- 
  • Take BEGINNER BOXING as a quick review (recommended if you are unsure; book in advance)

BOXING WORKOUT classes are your goal after you complete the BEGINNER BOXING training
