Sweet Science Boxing provides a training path to get you to the next level, no matter your fitness goals. 

We offer 20 classes per week to suit all schedules - see printed weekly calendar below (color coded by training level) google calendar

  • For Novice/Beginner boxers (new to the sport) 
    • Start with Boxing Basics & Boxing Skills (same day; required if you have no experience) 
  • For Rookie boxers (brief training elsewhere) 
    • Start in Boxing Skills or take Boxing Basics & Boxing Skills to review (recommended) 
  • For Intermediate boxers (recent, regular training elsewhere) 
    • Start in Boxing Workout or take Boxing Skills as a quick review (recommended if you are new to mitt work)
    • ​​Experienced boxers are welcome at any of the Boxing Workout classes, just complete new member profile first! ​
    • Boxing Workout is walk-in for all current (paid) members. No pre-reg needed - arrive 10-15min early to secure a space in class
  • Strength & Stretch and Conditioning
    • These general fitness, non-boxing classes are suitable for all levels (part of monthly dues packages)
