Sweet Science Boxing offers classes for all levels of fitness boxing training  (you must be 18+)

  • Novice - Take one Boxing Basics class (Level 1) followed by same-day Boxing Skills (Level 2)
  • Beginner - start with Boxing Skills or get skill review in Boxing Basics followed by same-day Boxing Skills
  • Intermediate - start in Boxing Workout (Level 3) or get skill review in Boxing Skills as a quick refresher

Everyone learns differently, so the only way to know that Boxing is for you is to sign up and take the class appropriate for your skill level - start lower for best results and you will quickly move up to our popular Boxing Workout classes.
